BARC Recruitment Stipendiary Trainee Eligibility Criteria:

The criteria which has been undertaken by the committee in order to fill the application form. Like age limits, educational qualification and many more. The candidates should check their eligibility criteria before filling the form. The committee has decided 20-08-2018 to be the last date for the form submission. Therefore the candidate should check their eligibility criteria before filling the application form.

For Category 1:

Candidate should have 12 th passed certificate.
Candidate minimum age limit is 19 years and maximum age limit is 24 years. Age relaxation is shown below :
Minimum 60% marks in aggregated  B.Sc / B-Tech (Physics/Chemistry)

OBC candidate – 3 years

SC/ST candidate – 5years

PWD+UR – 10 years

PWD+OBC– 13 years

PWD+SC/ST – 15 years

The aspirants must have knowledge in their core branch i.e : Mechanical, Electrical, Metallurgy, Chemical, Civil, Computer Science, Electronics & Instrumentation.

For Category 2:


Education qualification
Age limits        
Candidate should have 12 th passed certificate. With 60% minimum  aggregate marks in science stream with Physics, Chemistry, Maths & Biology subjects.
Candidate minimum age limit is 18 years and maximum age limit is 22 years. Age relaxation is shown below :

SSC with Science and Maths with a minimum 60% marks in aggregate.

OBC candidate – 3 years

SC/ST candidate – 5years

PWD+UR – 10 years

 PWD+OBC– 13 years

PWD+SC/ST – 15 years

Candidate must have some additional achievements in A/C Mechanic/ Fitter/ Welder/ Machinist/ Electrical/ Electronics/ Instrumentation/ Mechanical.

BARC Recruitment Physical Measurement :

After clearing the written or online mode exam candidate have to clear the second phase which is a physical measurement . In this their will a height and weight measurement for the aspirants.

     For Height:
Minimum 160 cms
Minimum 170 cms

For Weight : Candidate must have a minimum weight 45.5 Kg
Candidate must clear this physical measurement test to be selected for the BARC Recruitment.
